Kevnjan's big adventure.

Wed. 18th. Apr. The sun played games with us this morning. Hide and seek. We made a decision to pack up and move on up the lake. First we had to walk back to Bardolino and visit Jan's favourite shop to buy a few bits for friends. Took off around 1pm and headed up the lake, looking for free parking for the night. Not a chance!! That's what I dislike about lakes, everywhere else in Italy you can find sostas with basic facilities, no charge. The people around the lake have no concept of free!! Hence we are on a car park at Trento for the night. Left the lake behind, beautiful as it was, goodbye Garda - hello mountains. And so the journey north has begun. A leisurely drive through Austria, Germany and France awaits. Looking forward to it. Another adventure begins. A whisky I think!!
